3bhk house plan means the house plan has a 3-bed room, one living room and one kitchen on the floors of the building. On this page, I have created a 3bhk house plan facing east as per Vastu, a 30 by 30 house plan and a 300 square feet house plan with their specification.
For a house plan to be attractive, we should provide a setback distance from the road and the boundary wall should be at least 4 feet away from the building. It makes the environment fresh around the building by circulating air around it.
The minimum size of a widow can be put 4′ by 4′ in length and height. The staircase width can be put 7′ feet to look attractive.
